Kablo yalıtımı nasıl kontrol edilir?

Feb 17, 2022

Büyük miktarlarda kablo ürünleri için, numune alma yöntemi benimsenebilir ve ürünlerin çekme mukavemeti, kopma uzaması, dielektrik mukavemeti, hacim direnci, 80 derecelik hacim direnci, oksijen indeksi ve yoğunluğu esas olarak test cihazlarıyla kontrol edilir.

Check the parameter data on the insulating material packaging of the circuit. The national standard genuine circuit insulating material packaging is clearly marked: the name of the manufacturer, the material model and name, the manufacturing date, the net weight and the product qualification certificate and other identification information. Guaranteed cable manufacturers can provide users with product quality assurance certificates or quality inspection reports, and there must be type test reports from statutory inspection departments related to cable insulating materials. In normal supply, the cable manufacturer shall provide the type test report of the statutory inspection department of the year every two years.

For the safety testing of cable insulation performance, a 1000V megohmmeter should be used. The test steps are as follows:

       1. Power off the cable first, then discharge. During the discharge process, connect each core wire to the ground. The longer the cable, the longer the discharge time will be, and it will stop when there is no spark and discharge sound.

       2. Remove the connection between the double ends of the cable and the equipment and lines. For example, when testing the insulation of the A-phase cores to the ground, connect the B and C cores to the ground, and finally connect them to the "e" end of the megohmmeter. The wire is clamped by the insulating parts, and then one person holds it in the air, and the other person turns the crank handle 120 turns.

       3. The wire end is in contact with the phase A wire core, and the reading is recorded after holding for one minute. After withdrawing the line, shake and stop the megohmmeter, and finally discharge the cable.

       4. According to the above steps, measure the insulation effect of B to ground and C to ground. Remember, the insulation resistance value of each core to ground cannot be less than 10mΩ.
